It’s time to declare that British Columbia will NOT waste police resources on enforcing the federal gun buyback.

Crime is out of control in our province.

The NDP’s revolving door justice policy is allowing repeat violent offenders back on our streets to terrorize ordinary British Columbians.

And yet instead of cracking down on the real issues fueling crime in our province, the NDP is diverting resources toward the federal firearm buyback.

Instead of going after real criminals, police are going to be forced to waste resources harassing law-abiding gun owners.

This is unacceptable.

British Columbia should join Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba in refusing to waste limited police resources on people who have committed no crime.
